Tapes that are damaged prior to reciept may or may not be processed depending on severity of the damage.
If we believe the tape is salvageable, we will email you asking if you would like us to attempt it. If we believe it to not be salvageable, we will return the tapes to you and refund your payment minus any return shipping fees.
