How to be a Good Neighbor, not throwing leaves into neighbors yard

Decided we had better do a series on how to be a good neighbor, by not throwing leaves into the neighbors yard. Maybe some of my neighbors will watch this and see just how nice I am compared to them.

Right, like they would learn anything.

Not all my neighbors are bad, it kind of goes in cycles. As soon as one starts understanding they are "a" holes, then another one will start acting the part.
