Framing a Room in the Basement, Wall 2

Writer: OG GrewellOG Grewell

Moving along with the 2nd wall, a little more familiar with the Ridgid Framing Nailer. This wall went up a bit quicker and easier than the 1st wall did, I'm going to attribute that to being more familiar with the tool I'm using.

It's finally starting to take the shape of a room, and I'm really getting excited to continue this project. With this wall, I'm doing what dad suggested and moved the wall back further than I was thinking about. For some reason, I didn't think of putting this back far enough to build a soffit around the ductwork. Dad, you saved me a good foot of room space, and solved another problem that I hadn't realize yet, thanks.
