Fixing the Mulch Bed, Adding the Landscaping Fabric

Time to add the landscaping fabric to the mulch bed. When the bed was originally put in, someone wanted to constantly tell me I had no clue what I was doing, and me just trying to get said person to shut up, I followed her direction. That lead to tons of weeds and an inefficient bed, so I must spend my time fixing it.
