Today I decide to show you how to make nice mulch beds . It is really a simple process, utilizing just a little bit of imagination.
There are several ways to determine layout and shape, my favorite being using your mower to determine the design. You simply just mow along where you want it to be, one sing solitary line. Just push your mower forward in a fashion that will allow you a continuous flow around your yard. If you're pulling your mower back to you, then you are defeating the purpose of this method, you want an even flow.
My second favorite method, is to use the edge of shrubs to help guide the edge. You don't want to be scratching your arm every time you mow near a bush. Just remember to keep the bed flowing in a manner that makes it easier to mow.
